Lesung Batu Emas | Type A

Taman Lesung Batu Emas, also known as Bandar Satelit Baru Alor Gajah is a mixed commercial and residential township development located in Mukim Melaka Pindah, Daerah Alor Gajah. The project spans an area of 69 acres and comprises over 400 units of shops, single storey bungalows and medium-low cost terrace houses. Precinct 1 which comprised of 25 units single-storey shops and 82 units single-storey bungalows was completed in Oct 2020 with a total GDV of RM 40 Million. Precinct 2 which comprised of 72 units single-storey bungalows was completed in October 2021 with a total GDV of RM 26 million.
